Michel De Wolf is company auditor, legal expert and honorary president of the Belgian Institute of Company Auditors.
He is regularly consulted on counselling, restructuring, negotiation or conflict resolution missions with financial stake, both among individuals and companies. He is a specialist in high-level tax advice, financial analysis, IAS/IFRS standards and in company and consolidation law.
He has a proven experience of over 20 years in the non-profit sector, both as auditor and counsellor in a significant number of NGOs based in Belgium and abroad. His knowledge of the demands of the subsidizing authorities and his adaptation to the audited structures allows him to pursue audits in the field across different continents.
He publishes regular articles and works at the cutting edge of business law and management sciences.
