Thomas Tindemans is a Belgian national with almost 20 years of experience in EU public affairs and communications. Since November 2012, he serves as Chief Executive Officer of Hill + Knowlton Strategies - Brussels office, and is Co-Lead of Global Public Affairs Practice. He covers regulatory, legislative and political developments at EU and Member States level, as well as global developments and relations between the EU and the rest of the world.
Prior to joining H+K Strategies, Tindemans led the public affairs practice at the law firm White & Case.
Since August 2013, he also serves as Director of Ideas Matter, a consortium of cross-sector enterprises, small and medium-sized businesses and trade associations that aims to expand awareness and promote the benefits of intellectual property (IP).
Thomas Tindemans has a proven track record of advising corporate, government and NGO clients on their public and corporate affairs strategies. Fluent in Dutch, English and French, he holds a degree in Law from the University of Namur. He is a frequently requested speaker at major conferences and has published articles and interviews in major European newspapers.
