Kristina has an active role in project writing, planning, implementation and final reporting. She manages a number of European projects, additionally administrating projects supported by European institutions. She actively follows European policies on entrepreneurship education, multilingualism, digital skills and skills in the Science Technology Engineering and Maths (STEM) field. On a daily basis she deals with JA Europe finances: from payments receivables to accounting and more. Together with the project managers she follows project budgets’ execution. Within JA Europe she is in charge of HR administration. Prior to joining JA Europe, she worked at the Balkan Children and Youth Foundation as Programme Coordinator, where she was responsible for developing and implementing projects in South-eastern Europe. She holds a university degree in Foreign Trade and International Organisations and Integration.
