Viola joined the JA Europe team in March 2020 as a volunteer working with development and marketing.
Over the last couple of years, Viola has interned in NGOs, an energy company, an art auction house, and various political organizations. She has gained experience in social media and project management, corporate social responsibility, and modern and contemporary art.
Viola holds a Bachelor degree in Liberal Arts and Sciences from the University College Utrecht, and she finished in May 2019 the first of two years of a Master in International Security at Sciences Po in Paris, studying subjects tied to the Environment and the European Union. She is currently taking a gap year from her studies, and she is working in Brussels.
Viola has been lucky to have an international upbringing: she was born in Brazil and has lived in countries such as the United States, Italy, the Netherlands, Spain, and France. She is therefore fluent in Italian, English, French and Spanish.
