Sergio has several years of experience in sales and business development, having worked in many European countries, including in Spain and Italy, as well as the United Kingdom. He has helped social enterprises and organisations develop new business plans, look for new business opportunities and build client relationships. Before joining JA, he was working for Education For Employment, an International NGO that promotes youth employment programmes in North Africa and the Middle East. As Business Development Associate, Sergio contributed to increasing the EFE budget by expanding Donors’ network. He is also highly committed to helping others, having volunteered at NGOs in Italy, Lithuania and the UK, including “The Welcoming Ltd” (Edinburgh, UK), where he participated in learning projects for migrants. Sergio holds an MSc in International Business Management from the Heriot-Watt University of Edinburgh and an MA in International Project Management from the Sapienza University of Rome.
