Bojan is a proactive and adaptable professional with an international experience in developing and maintaining accurate M&E and Learning frameworks. He is a data evangelist passionate about data, data analytics, the different software solutions for a better society and managing people from various cultures and all other backgrounds, and a problem-solving environment ignites my passion. He has worked in multiple M&E, research, data and leading management-related and consultancy roles for different international organisations and companies for 12 years. His professional experience is related to DEVELOPMENTAL M&E projects and responses (across the globe in low-income and middle-income countries), HUMANITARIAN M&E responses (refugee and migration crises Balkans route, humanitarian MEL in Syria) and EMERGENCY M&E responses (floods and natural disasters in Balkans countries) including COVID-19 MEL frameworks in low-income countries too. These roles have been related to managing research, data, development and maintenance of different MEL systems, monitoring and evaluation teams, and management consultancy work. He poses a solid quantitative & qualitative research background with the capability to customise a data-driven approach to problem-solving. He is recognised as an outstanding presenter with an ability to communicate clearly & succinctly on M&E-related topics to a diverse audience. Excellent at using big data to transform development and promote social progress globally.
