Tonya Bulgakova is passionate about entrepreneurship and education, practicing both herself and aspiring others to get involved.
Tonya joined JA Europe as a Senior Associate for Ukraine in June 2022, after fleeing with her daughter from the war in Ukraine. Prior to that, she has had a successful entrepreneur career, building female fashion business recognized in TOP-100 small businesses of Ukraine in 2021.
Before starting this exciting but hard journey in entrepreneurship, she worked for the Ukraine’s Parliament, where she coordinated projects in the field of youth education among other social projects.
Tonya holds Master's degree in Textile engineering and Bachelor in Finance, both from National University of Technologies and Design (Kyiv, Ukraine).
