Teta joined JA Europe in August 2022 as a Programme Manager aiming to help the organization in its newly set up strategic direction to serve young people with a lack of resources or opportunities.
Teta has a proven record of educational and employability programmes. She has previously worked with corporates and NGOs that focus on educational and/or youth employability programmes both in UK and Greece. She has also worked on some of the most pioneering employment and training programmes for young graduates in Greece, and she has lastly served as a Youth Employability Consultant at UNICEF launching the European Child Guarantee Initiative in Greece.
Over the years, she has also volunteered in a number of other roles and Non-profit organizations such as in TEDxAthens and Startup Grind Athens | Global Community for Entrepreneurs as a Communications Manager and several Environmental Organizations.
She holds a Master´s degree in Human Resource Management from the University of Westminster in London and a bachelor’s degree in Political Science and Public Administration from the University of Athens.
When she is not empowering youth, you will find her either making ceramics, trying to reduce her environmental footprint, or traveling to the Aegean Sea.
