Jihane is passionate about closing the skills and opportunity gap and paving the way for inclusive growth with public, private, and civil society stakeholders. She started her career at INJAZ Morocco, part of the Junior Achievement network, and returned to the JA family in 2021 after spending 13 years at the Clinton Global Initiative in New York, NY; the Groupe SOS in San Francisco, CA; and Education For Employment in Casablanca, Morocco. Jihane specializes in strategic planning, partnership building, fundraising, and financial sustainability. She holds a Bachelor’s degree in Economics and Public Policy and a Master’s degree in Finance and Strategic Management from Sciences Po, Paris, and a Certificate in Social Sector Leadership from the University of California, Berkeley. A French-American-Moroccan citizen, she lives between San Francisco and Casablanca with her husband and daughters.
