Initiatives

Gen-E is a celebration of entrepreneurship and the achievements of European students, where thousands of young entrepreneurs, 15 years old onwards, showcase their cutting–edge business ideas and compete for the titles of best Company and best Start-Up of the year.

Supported by the Global Alliance for Youth, the project called “Hiring and Offering New opportunities for Ukrainian Refugees” (HONOUR) is implemented in Poland and Germany, offering a comprehensive range of activities aimed at enhancing employability, providing job training, and facilitating job placement for Ukrainian refugees.

The AmCham EU Youth Entrepreneurship Award rewards young entrepreneurs from the JA programme, promoting entrepreneurship in Europe. Winners receive mentorship and a start-up monetary prize.
