STEMEduHack - Hack the future of STEM education

12 - 13 November 2020

This fall, Johnson&Johnson (J&J) and JA Europe are organizing an Online Hackaton on 12-13 November 2020 for a group of talented young girls coming from the JA network in Europe. This exciting initiative focuses on innovation, digital skills and health-related topics with the aim of providing new and creative solutions to the disruption caused by COVID-19 in different sectors of our society.

The activity will take place during the DigiEduHack organized by the European Commission. The Innovation Camp is a challenge built around proposing solutions to weaknesses exposed by the COVID-19 crisis in the education sector and to promote STEM-related careers. 400 secondary school females from different European countries will have the chance to apply to the Innovation Camp, and the best 10 teams will compete in the Online Innovation Camp. The winning solutions will also have the chance to compete with other teams during the next step of the competition, the DigiEduHack, and win a prize of 5,000 Euros.
