Riga, Latvia, 12 April 2019

Chairman of the board of JA Latvia Jānis Krievāns: “It is a pleasure to see that young people are becoming more involved in business, not just for the purpose of earning money, but also for the purpose to solve significant problems in education, to help people with disabilities, to mitigate climate change, to limit pollution, to invest in the society. This year, young entrepreneurs observe global trends, learning from them and creating their own product or service for a wider market. This is the right way in today's digitalized world. Congratulations to the young enterpreneurs with awards and successful start in the business world!”

The evaluation and awarding of student companies were carried out in six nominations – Innovative Business Idea, Socially Responsible Business, Best Sales Team, Best Trade Fair Display Stand, Best Video Advertisement and The Best Student Company of ISCF 2019.
