Sharing expertise, changing lives

The JA Company Programme is very valuable for students because it gives them a realistic glimpse into the business world and allows them to get a taste of professional life. By building their own company, the students can experience the stress and ups and downs that many face in their daily careers. 

I wish that the JA Company Programme had been available when I was in school as I see how it positively impacts the students I mentor, changing their attitudes and enhancing their skills. Being a student mentor is truly an incredible experience, you can immediately see how you impact the students’ lives. 

I would wholeheartedly recommend this programme to my colleagues as it is a chance to make a difference and share your expertise.
