Robin is a 31-year-old entrepreneur and leader with over 12 years of experience. He started his first business in high school, which has since grown into a successful company with 10 employees and a turnover of NOK 31 million. Robin has also founded multiple other companies, including Innovatis AS, which won the “Gaselle” award in 2022. As the CEO of his latest venture, Robin aims to build a large international software company specialising in invoicing, accounting, and payroll systems. Under his leadership, the company has gained significant traction, attracting over 3,000 customers and receiving positive media attention. Beyond business success, Robin’s impact extends to society by creating jobs, contributing taxes, and generating economic growth. He prioritises fostering a positive working culture and a social, fun environment for his employees, recognizing the importance of relationships and an enjoyable workplace. Robin actively contributes to Junior Achievement Norway, sharing his journey and lessons learned with participants in JA programmes. He openly discusses failures and successes, emphasising the value of learning from challenges. His dedication to inspiring others was evident when he attended a JA event for young leaders, generously sharing his experiences and answering questions from students.
