Rachel Constantine

Manager, Office of the CEO

Rachel joined JA Europe in October 2023 as the Executive Assistant to the CEO and the Captain of Multitasking. Her role has been changed to Manager, Office of the CEO since 2024. Hailing from the United States, Rachel excels in supporting senior leaders, expertly managing their workload and implementing streamlined processes to enhance their professional efficiency and overall effectiveness. With experience as a project manager in organizational leadership, she meticulously coordinates tasks and ensures strategic alignment across departments to successfully execute overarching organizational goals and initiatives. She spent a decade in the Development Office at Mount Sinai Health System, where she led project management for the Chief Development Officer and provided crucial support to senior leaders and departments across the institution. Rachel also served as as a front-line fundraiser and worked in stewardship and communications. Passionate about football (soccer), Rachel joined the U.S. Soccer Federation and created their first major gifts program in New York City, raising significant funds, expanding their pipeline, strengthening board relations, and starting an advisory board. When she moved to Europe, she joined the International Network Against Cyber Hate (INACH) as fundraising officer, where she developed and implemented its first fundraising program, building and expanding partnerships with top social media and tech companies, as well as identifying new leads. Both Rachel’s mother and aunt are alumna of JA in the United States, and she is proud to carry on their legacy being a part of Junior Achievement. Email: rachel@jaeurope.org
