Svetoslava Stoyanova

Svetoslava joined JA Europe in 2022, boosting the team’s efforts in organizing the Gen-E Festival and overseeing the competition for the JA network student companies and start-ups. Since 2023, her role includes projects related to stakeholder building and policy work. With seven years of prior experience in JA Bulgaria as Head of Communications and Partnerships, she brings a wealth of expertise to JA. Before joining the JA family in 2013, Svetoslava gained experience in media, broadcasting, PR, and co-founded an advertising and book publishing agency in Bulgaria. Holding a university degrees in business administration, and media and publishing, as well as academic specialization in HR Management and Leadership, Svetoslava brings her passion and professional skills to coaching, training, and soft skills to JA Europe. She occasionally facilitates learning experiences, such as Lego Serious Play, for the JA Europe team. Svetoslava speaks English, Bulgarian, and has limited working knowledge of Russian and French.
