Job Summary
Programs Associate will support the implementation and coordination of micro-credential activities across participating countries, ensuring smooth operations, consistent communication, and accurate documentation. The role includes assisting with platform management, coordination with partners and providers, and supporting reporting and administrative tasks.
In addition, the Associate will contribute to the management of small educational projects and provide day-to-day support to the Head of Programmes in big scale project planning, coordination, and monitoring.
Key Areas of Responsibility and deliverables
- Coordinate the implementation of micro-credentials across participating countries, ensuring quality and consistency.
- Manage and co-ordinate small-scale educational projects: oversee project timelines, deliverables, and national teams coordination to ensure successful implementation.
- Maintain effective communication and collaboration with national teams.
- Ensure the smooth operation and ongoing improvement of the micro-credentialing platform in collaboration with the provider.
- Develop and update implementation guidelines, training materials, and onboarding resources.
- Collect and share best practices to strengthen implementation and network learning.
- Monitor project progress, assess risks, and report results and lessons learned.
- Maintain accurate documentation and contribute to regular reporting on progress and outcomes.
Qualifications and Requirements
- At least 2 years of experience in project/program coordination or support.
- Experience with learning platforms, educational technology, or other digital tools.
- Interest in linking education and digital solutions.
- Basic understanding of IT systems and ability to support troubleshooting with guidance.
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills with attention to detail.
- Good communication skills and ability to work in an international team.
- Reliable, proactive, and solution-oriented approach to work.
- Comfortable working remotely and managing tasks independently.
- Fluency in English; other European languages are an asset.
- Previous experience in an NGO, educational, or international project setting is a plus.
