Fleur Hudig
Head of Culture & Inclusion at NN Group
Fleur Hudig is Head of Culture & Inclusion at NN Group, where she aligns cultural drivers with digital and AI transformation and steers the company’s diversity, equity and inclusion strategy. She holds master’s degrees in International Law and Political Sciences from the University of Amsterdam and began her career at the European Parliament in Brussels. She then spent 17 years at ING, holding various senior roles in European Public Affairs and Corporate Social Responsibility. During this time, she developed the Financial Inclusion & Education strategy and represented the Netherlands in the EU Expert Group on Financial Education.
Fleur joined NN Group in 2014 as Global Head of Corporate Citizenship and built the company’s strategic approach to sustainability and social impact. This included long‑standing partnerships focused on financial empowerment and youth work readiness, among them NN Group’s collaboration with JA Europe. Developing future‑ready skills, strengthening financial resilience, and advancing inclusivity, have been recurring themes throughout her career.
She has extensive non‑profit board experience and currently chairs the Board of the NN Social Innovation Fund and serves on the Supervisory Board of WOMEN Inc. Fleur is a frequent jury member for social innovation challenges, offering insights into emerging social entrepreneurs across Europe.
Fleur speaks Dutch, English, French and Spanish. She lives in Amsterdam with her husband, has three daughters, and enjoys running, travel and contemporary art.
