Kristians Lancmanis began his entrepreneurial journey in 11th grade through Junior Achievement Latvia, where he co-founded a student company that won second place in the European finals. More than a decade later, that venture, Lancman Bags (lancmanbags.com), is still an active business. Today, Kristians is founder & CEO of Adsmom (adsmom.com), a tech startup backed by 500 Global. After leaving a full-time job to pursue a vision, he weathered a difficult early stage before securing an angel round and institutional funding. Adsmom is now growing over 50% month-over-month and closing its next financing round.
