Head of Marketing, Communications and Advocacy

Position Overview:

The Head of Marketing, Communications, and Advocacy will lead JA Europe’s strategic efforts to amplify its mission, enhance brand visibility, and drive policy influence across Europe. This senior role oversees integrated communications, marketing campaigns, and advocacy initiatives, ensuring a cohesive voice and impactful engagement with stakeholders, media, and policymakers. The ideal candidate is a dynamic leader with expertise in multi-channel strategies, team management, and EU-level advocacy, committed to empowering youth through JA Europe’s network.

Type of Contract: Employee or Consultant contract (depending on location)

Location: Europe (remote)

Available Budget: approximately 46,000/52,000 euros/Year Gross as employee. In the case of Consultant annual flat fee to be negotiated within the same range. In both cases depending on experience, location and contractual arrangements

New Business Development Manager

Position Overview:

The New Business Development Manager will support JA Europe’s Development Team whose function is to fundraise money for JA Europe and the network of 42 Junior Achievement (JA) organizations.

Type of Contract: Contractual arrangements either as individual consultant or employee

Location: Europe (Remote)

Available Budget: Annual consulting fee 28.000 to 32.000 Euros on an annual basis based on experience, location and contractual arrangements.

Pulse Z Third-party support – Call for proposals

Pulse Z is a digital democracy project co-funded by the European Union, empowering young Europeans to voice their opinions on European issues. We're now calling for proposals from organizations to conduct youth outreach and organize youth events, with a total funding available of 140,000.00 EUR and a maximum grant of 14,000.00 EUR per country. The deadline for application submission is 31st March 2025.
