Arbjon Sina

Arbjon Sina, born on April 19, 1997, in Albania. He moved to Italy and became an Italian citizen upon reaching adulthood. Currently, he is the Sales Director at CO.ME.S. Industry, where he has worked for over eight years. Arbjon’s journey began at ITCG Fermi in Pontedera (Pisa, Italy), where he graduated in 2016. During his school years, he participated in the Junior Achievement Italy Programme in 2014-2015, where his team developed ELP (Easy Life Pill), a product designed to assist patients with medication schedules. This experience ignited his passion for entrepreneurship and leadership, which he carries with himself in his professional career. At CO.ME.S. Industry, Arbjon has led significant expansions, including opening branches in India and China, and introducing new products that diversified our portfolio, resulting in increased revenue and employment, and boosting international presence. His leadership style is characterized by strategic vision, empathy, and the ability to inspire his team to achieve outstanding results. Arbjon remains committed to giving back to the community, participating in various JA programmes, and mentoring students. He believes in the transformative power of education and mentorship and strives to support the next generation of leaders.
