Bora joined the team to strengthen the connection between JA Europe and JA Alumni Europe, aiming to elevate alumni engagement and create new opportunities.
Prior to this role, Bora worked as a Marketing and Market Research Consultant and Account Manager at Gogël Publicis, Colliers, and Agna Group, where she executed marketing campaigns, prepared market analyses, and implemented impactful launches with partners like Coca-Cola, Philip Morris, Porsche, OTP Bank, EBRD, Mazars, and Diageo PLC.
Driven by her passion for youth empowerment and tech, Bora delivered trainings on children’s rights, entrepreneurship, and design thinking. She has implemented new projects and organised events with Save the Children, JA Albania, and Akademi.al. As a coach in JA Albania’s Debating Economics Program, she fosters critical thinking among high school and university students. Since becoming a JA alumna in 2015, Bora has been actively contributing to the alumni network, spreading the #alumnispirit across Europe.
