Effie Papazisi

Effie’s journey with JA Europe began as an alumna with her team Seansor when she won the prestigious Market Expansion Award in 2023 by EUROPEN. As a graduate student at the Department of Management Science and Technology at AUEB, majoring in Human Resources, Entrepreneurship, and Digital Innovation, Effie was seeking an internship opportunity where she could contribute effectively and have a positive impact on society. Joining the JA Europe team as an HR and Digital intern in 2023, she aimed to make a significant impact in the field of youth education and empowerment. She believes that youth education is the key to a brighter future, a philosophy she carries into her role at JA and as a gymnastics coach. Working with young people to empower and inspire them has further enriched Effie’s ability to communicate effectively, multitask efficiently, and build strong relationships.
