Gaia Zanella

Gaia joined JA Europe in August 2021 as the Social Media and Online Community Associate before being elevated to her current position of Communications Manager in September 2023. She holds a bachelor’s degree in Public Relations and Corporate Communication from IULM University in Milan, graduating in November 2020. Gaia tremenous experience in different fields, including retail and tourism. She previously worked as a project leader for design and prototype projects between Dutch designers and Indonesian manufacturers for a non-profit organization and as a public relations and media intern for a research institute of Chinese outbound tourism in Germany.
