Konstantina Logotheti

Throughout my career, I have developed a comprehensive skill set in strategic marketing and communication, shaped by diverse and enriching experiences across different sectors. Currently I hold the position of Head of the Marketing and Communications (M&C) department, where I am responsible for the development and execution of strategic marketing plans. In this role, I manage a wide array of functions including branding, advertising, online marketing, public relations, crisis management, internal communications, and the execution of online campaigns. Additionally, I oversee the coordination of surveys, marketing plans, and budget management, ensuring that all initiatives align with our organizational goals and drive impactful results.

In conjunction with my responsibilities in the M&C department, I lead the PwC Foundation, a not-for-profit charitable organization committed to enhancing community welfare. My leadership focuses on the foundation’s three core pillars: Education & Culture, Youth Entrepreneurship, and Offering our Hearts & Minds. Through these pillars, we aim to support the local community and make a positive impact on individuals’ lives. This role allows me to combine my professional expertise with a passion for philanthropy, driving initiatives that foster educational opportunities, empower young entrepreneurs, and promote cultural appreciation.

Prior to my current position, I served as the PR & Citizenship Manager at Microsoft Hellas. This role provided me with invaluable experience in a multinational corporate environment, where I honed my skills in public relations and corporate citizenship. A highlight of my tenure at Microsoft was coordinating the visit of Bill Gates to Athens, a significant event that required meticulous planning and execution. This experience not only broadened my understanding of global corporate dynamics but also reinforced the importance of strategic communication in managing high-profile events.

Before joining Microsoft, I worked with COSMOTE Telecommunications during the Athens Olympic Games. In this capacity, I was responsible for managing VIP hospitality for both the Olympics and Paralympics. This role was a defining moment in my career, offering a unique blend of professional challenges and personal growth. The opportunity to contribute to such a prestigious global event taught me the nuances of high-stakes event management and the importance of delivering exceptional service under pressure.

Overall, my career journey has equipped me with a robust foundation in strategic marketing, communication, and corporate social responsibility. I have consistently demonstrated my ability to lead teams, manage complex projects, and foster relationships with diverse stakeholders. My commitment to excellence and passion for making a difference drive me to continuously seek opportunities that challenge and inspire me.
