Maryna Venneri

Maryna joined JA Europe in March 2021 as a Development Associate and currently manages a portfolio of accounts while working on identifying new ones. Maryna acquired her professional experience through Ukrainian and international civil society organizations, where she worked on projects and events that address human rights violations and security challenges. Among her previous experiences, Maryna worked with the Eastern Partnership Civil Society Forum in Brussels and conducted a Black Sea Security Fellowship at the Middle East Institute in Washington D.C. Before joining JA Europe, Maryna was assisting the German Marshall Fund of the US in project development and event organization. Maryna is Ukrainian with vast international experience. She holds a joint Master’s Degree in European and Global Affairs awarded by LUISS University and The University of Sheffield. She speaks fluently Ukrainian, Russian, English, and Italian, and she has limited working knowledge of German, Dutch, and French. Email: maryna@jaeurope.org
