Monique Wong

Monique is a strong advocate for youth empowerment and is driven to make a positive impact in building a sustainable future. In her current role of Senior Business Development Manager at JA Europe, Monique leverages her extensive experience gained from working with multiple international corporations and building different collaborations and partnerships. In her previous position at JA Asia Pacific (JAAP), she engaged corporate partners and foundations to generate new funding opportunities for JA programs and initiatives in the region, spanning 17 countries. Before joining JAAP, Monique worked at KPMG in various capacities, from a corporate tax advisor providing technical tax advice, to regional coordination/implementation work, and as a senior executive working closely with senior regional partnership on budgeting, pipeline analysis and business development. Based in Edinburgh, Monique holds a certificate in Business Sustainability Management from Cambridge Institute for Sustainability Leadership, and a BA in Economics from Haverford College in the United States.
