Olivier Lazar is an international leadership strategist, educator, and social impact executive dedicated to helping people and organizations develop the leadership, judgment, and sense of responsibility needed to thrive in a changing world.
He is the Co-Founder, Chairman & CEO of the Ethics & Leadership Association, a global professional association created to advance ethical leadership through education, certification, community, and practical standards. ELA’s work focuses on helping current and future leaders make responsible decisions, build trust, strengthen organizational cultures, and understand leadership not only as a position of authority, but as a commitment to service, accountability, and positive impact.
Olivier is also the Co-Founder & CEO of N2X Labs, an education technology company focused on improving how schools, universities, and professional organizations assess real-world competence. Its work supports a shift from testing what learners remember to understanding how they think, reason, communicate, and apply knowledge in practical situations. This connects directly to the development of work-readiness, confidence, and employability skills.
As a member of the JA Europe Board of Directors and Chair of the Partnership & Innovation Committee, Olivier brings together his experience in leadership education, responsible innovation, entrepreneurship, and cross-sector collaboration to support JA Europe’s mission of preparing young people for employment, entrepreneurship, and active participation in society.
Originally from France, and shaped by an international career across Europe and the United States, Olivier is committed to helping young people develop not only the skills required for the future of work, but also the ethical judgment, resilience, and confidence needed to shape that future responsibly.
