Peter Pašek

Peter Pašek is a recognized specialist in transaction and tax consulting and a member of Slovak Chamber of Tax Advisors. Peter´s skills cover all areas of taxation from simple compliance issues ranging to complicated tax planning, reorganizations and international tax matters. During his many years of experience, he has participated in several business sales, set up the transaction structure and represented companies in negotiations with investors. Since 2013, Peter has been managing Accace, one of the largest consulting companies on the Slovak market. Peter also leads workshops and seminars on different topics for clients, start-ups and young entrepreneurs, plus he is the author of regularly submitted articles on complicated tax matters. He is one of the founders and partners of the investment fund InvAce and the civic association #accacelife.
