Teta Karampini

Teta joined JA Europe in August 2022 as a Programme Manager dedicated to helping the organization’s newly established strategic direction aimed at assisting young people facing resource or opportunity challenges Teta has a proven record of educational and employability programmes. She has previously worked with corporates and NGOs that focus on educational and/or youth employability programmes both in UK and Greece. She has also worked on some of the most pioneering employment and training programmes for young graduates in Greece, and, lastly, she has served as a Youth Employability Consultant at UNICEF where she launchedthe European Child Guarantee Initiative in Greece. Over the years, Teta has volunteered in various roles for non-profit organizations, including TEDxAthens and Startup Grind Athens | Global Community for Entrepreneurs, where she served as a Communications Manager, as well as with several environmental organizations. She holds a Master´s degree in Human Resource Management from the University of Westminster in London and a Bachelor’s degree in Political Science and Public Administration from the University of Athens. When she is not empowering youth, Teta is either making ceramics, trying to reduce her environmental footprint or traveling to the Aegean Sea. Email: teta@jaeurope.org
