Vanda Franciscy

Vanda joined JA Europe in 2006 and she currently serves as the Director for Special Events and Development. In her current role, sheis instrumental in the development, implementation, and management of partnerships, events, and conferences, and she oversees coordination with JA Europe’s 42 Member Organizations and key partners such as FedEx, ManpowerGroup, AT&T, Delta, J&J, Arrow Global, BSM, Bata, and Goodyear. She is deeply committed to giving back to her community and empowering the next generation of leaders. Vanda’s journey with JA Europe began in 1996 when she first engaged with JA Slovakia as a volunteer, consultant, and jury member. Prior to her role at JA Europe, Vanda embarked on a diverse career path, starting as an entrepreneur running her own company concurrently with her studies at the University of Economics in Slovakia. She holds a Master’s degree in Tourism and Hotel Management, along with a Bachelor’s degree in Management and Marketing. Vanda also studied Management and Marketing in Sydney, Australia. Her professional journey has seen her contribute her expertise to various industries, including hospitality, travel, events, advertising, and pharmaceuticals.
