Empowering Youth Entrepreneurship through Artificial Intelligence: Key Insights from AI-ENTR4YOUTH

Artificial Intelligence is rapidly transforming the skills required for future employment and entrepreneurship. The AI-ENTR4YOUTH project explored how education systems can better prepare young people for this transition by integrating AI competences into entrepreneurial learning.

Through a large-scale pilot implemented in Spain, Italy and Portugal, the project engaged 690 students, 31 teachers and 45 mentors, resulting in the development of 90 AI-based solutions addressing real-world challenges. The project developed and tested an innovative learning methodology combining foundational AI literacy, ethical awareness, and entrepreneurial competences within existing school pathways. By embedding AI learning into real educational environments, the initiative promotes digital inclusion while aligning with European values of responsible and human-centred technology use.
