16 December 2025, Brussels
JA Europe and Ferd are proud to announce the cohort of FERD’s List Honourees for 2025. These exceptional JA Alumni are recognised for their leadership, innovation and support to their communities, each demonstrating the entrepreneurial mindset and purpose-driven commitment that define the FERD’s List.
The 2025 honourees gathered in Brussels for their official introduction to the list, with an informal networking meeting with Johan H. Andresen, Chair of Ferd and founder of the FERD’s List, together with representatives of JA Europe. The meeting provided an opportunity to welcome the new cohort into the FERD’s List community, build connections among honourees, and learn about each other’s professional journeys and achievements.
The official celebration took place during JA Europe’s Empowering Youth Voices event in Brussels, during which honourees shared their journeys, gratitude to the JA experience and answered questions from the young JA journalists.
Salvatore Nigro, CEO of JA Europe, remarked “We are deeply grateful to Johan H. Andresen, Katharina G. Andresen and Ferd for their continued trust and extraordinary support to JA’s mission. Their commitment goes far beyond the FERD’s List, from recognising inspiring alumni to stepping in with crucial support that sustains JA programmes across Europe, including in countries facing significant challenges. Thanks to this continued collaboration, more young people are gaining the skills and confidence they need to shape Europe’s future.”
As the community continues to grow, the 2025 cohort further strengthened the global network of FERD’s List honourees who continue to make meaningful contributions to society and the economy. Their stories highlight the lasting impact of entrepreneurship education in empowering young people to lead, innovate, and create positive change.
